Puerto Rican MVP

Last night was a proud day to be a Puerto Rican. Not only did the Boston Red Sox won the World Series, but more importantly the MVP from that Series was fellow “Boricua”, Mike Lowell, in my book and many other Mike Lowell had a MVP type season, and which ended MVP type off-season, so from end to end, he truly deserves the honer of calling himself a MVP. The people back here in Puerto Rico, including myself, are extremely proud of him and his achievements. We totally love how he proudly introduce himself, “Mike Lowell, San Juan, Puerto Rico”. Now we can’t wait till he defends his MVP title, also side his World Champion title, in next years MLB World Series. Mike, we down here in Puerto Rico are pulling for you, have fun and enjoy. Good luck next year. Photo from ESPN.
Crappy Phone
So last night I went to my friend’s Ed’s house to play some Domino’s with his family. When I got there and I got off the car and my phone fell in the sidewalks and since It’s was pouring rain the phone got socking wet. I put it out to dry, and this morring I trying to charge it and turn it on, but nothing happen, dead phone means I have to change it. Well I did, in the afternoon, I went to Verizon (Claro) in Puerto Rico, and I got a new crappy phone. I really can’t wait till my contract is up, I really want to change to Att and get a iPhone.
Make: Digg Me T-shirt
As seen on Digg.com, Make Magazine has this article about a interactive Digg Me T-shirt. First off, this is absolutely cool, and secondly I wound pay a couple of bucks to get one.
TumblrLog
Okay, well I have a huge problem, and the problem is that I am a joiner, so I made myself a TumblrLog and I basically see it as a short summery of my blog. I really like it is just posting the main context of the blog, videos and pictures. It’s pretty cool and a very nice concept, I wish I wound have thought of that. Check it out @ http://rafy.tumblr.com/
Oh by the way I’m writing this using the Windows Live Writer application, and to tell you the true I really like it, It has all the features BlogDesk has but with a nicer looking interface. Anyhow I think I’ll be keep both, just in case. The one feature missing in both applications are the YouTube video posting link.
BlogDesk
So I’m testing BlogDesk out, and so far I like what I see. Pretty clean straight forward interface, you got all the basic toolbars, categories, and even a spell checker.
Once I get the Mac I have to look for a BlogDesk replacement for the Mac, I download MarsEdit since It was a MacBreak Weekly pick by Leo, so it most be good.
People tell me the Microsoft Writer application is also great for blogging, I’m thinking I’m going to give it a try also.
Hello! World (Again)
So finally, I finish moving (manualy, I know I’m brave) all of my Vox blog posting to this WordPress.com blog.
Now lets see if I can keep it up, I made myself a promise that I will be posting more often that usual, I’m so lazy.
Anyhow, I will keep posting about the usual stuff that happens to me, I see, like or random things, but I’m going to expand my blog to reviews of gadgets I use or like, and appz that I absolutely can live with out (once I move to the Mac).
Anyways, leave comments, suggest any Mac App you wound like me to give a try or even gadgets you may think I like.
I promise I’ll try to make my lazy @ss keep this blog up and damn it post some more.

For Skype(ing)

So I got a new usb headset for Skypeing, basically calling my New York family and some friends over in the US. Sound good, looks good, and Leo always said that USB headsets are a must for Podcasting, which I’m thinking on getting into once I get the a new Mac.
